The rates here are approximate, we occasionally have to make changes at the last minute which may not be
reflected below. When you book if the price is not as expected please contact us!
Low season: £600pw (November- March, excluding Christmas and New Year, and Easter Holidays.)
Mid Season: £700pw (Easter holidays, April - May (excluding the week of the Whitsun Bank Holiday at the
end of May), September - October)
High Season: £800pw (June- August plus Whitsun Week)
Weekends (Friday - Monday) or midweek (Monday - Friday) at approx 60% of weekly rate. (not normally
available in High Season)
